Alternatives
to Depression Since
1990, the Depression Support Group Association (DSGA) has been successfully
helping people, whose lives have been distorted by depression, insecurity,
loneliness, social phobia, low self-esteem and unsatisfying relationships,
through it's groups, programmes and individual therapy.
It
has helped them to find to find positive alternatives to depression
and has opened the door to a fulfilling life. That process
is moved forward by conveners who have had personal experience of
depression. They conduct the groups in a friendly, sociable
environment that helps members enjoy what life has to offer.
Our
programmes are designed to help participants change, and then provide
the opportunity to put the change into effect. They offer
a chance to move on from the past pattern of their life's defeat
and despair, and to be able to take opportunities which we can also
assist in facilitating.
Please
note that the DSGA is based, and convenes, in London only.
